AccuPlans launches to provide basic and necessary residential and commercial as-built plans, permit expediting, property surveys, permit records research, property managemet, design, drafting, construction documents, consultant referral and more!
AccuPlans is an innovative and fast-fowarding thinking company slated directly at helping the property owners, both residential and commercial, get a grasp and the "big picture" on their property and document the owned property before any major moves or decisions are ever made!
AccuPlans will generate the most basic site or floor plan for general property review and information, to major overall site and property plans and detailed building drawings. We believe in starting with the most basic and adding to your building and property portfolio as needed and required.
AccuPlans also provides basic design and construction document services, but will also assist and help facilitate with consultant referrlals on large estate developments, design and construction projects.
Each project to be individually surveyed and assessed and plans and/or design and construction referral services will be recommended.
